I'd originally intended to accompany this release with a full-length and expansive monograph. I'd planned to explore Mahakala's history, following up with my personal experiences of this powerful and ancient archetypal entity, perhaps even ending with a set of meditations, mantras, and prayers dedicated to the subject of the present work.
My hope to lucidly express my various feelings surrounding this being --awe, gratitude, fear, and love (to name a few)-- has proven to be beyond the scope of my current ability. Clearly, I'm not a writer, but I am an artist. So, I hope that you will forgive me if I just 'shut up' for now and allow the sounds and visual imagery to do all my talking on this one.
I would like to offer my sincere thanks for the ongoing encouragement that I have received so far and for your support of this project in particular.

Utterly stunning. There are moments on this album that are so deeply unsettling that I can only compare them to the later stages of The Caretaker's 'Everywhere at the End of Time' suite. Nate Cøllins Noise
