Shipping Info: I ship everything through Australia Post. So far, I've found them to be reliable with regard to ensuring safe delivery of items, however, shipping times are currently fluctuating pretty wildly depending on lockdowns etc. For overseas orders, I have to send items as 'parcels' rather than 'letters', regardless of how slim the package is (I've tried arguing against this with the post office, but apparently the issue is with Australian customs - I've been told that if an envelope contains anything other than paper, it must be sent as a parcel). As such, shipping for any initial purchase is somewhat high at $25AUD, however, each subsequent item is only an additional $2AUD, so it's definitely a more economical idea to purchase if there a few items that you're after. Return Policy: I am unable to accept returns for change of mind, unless you are willing to pay return shipping. If your item is lost in, or damaged by, the post, I'm happy to work with you, so long as you can provide of evidence of damage etc. That way I can make an insurance claim via the post office and re-send your item :-)
